Ashlee was a Global Ambassador for Smith Cult. Along with training salon partners, and organizing demonstrations and other events as well, her role at Marie Claire London included training. The experience still informs Ashlee's work in the present. Ashlee Glazer has been my beauty guru for as long as I remember.
